Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Tint Master Mackay, we value your business and understand that sometimes schedules need to be adjusted. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellations and Rescheduling: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another customer and efficiently manage our schedule. Â Deposits and Cancellation Fee: A deposit may be required for certain services to secure your booking. For cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply in addition to the forfeiture of your deposit. By providing your card details, you authorize us to charge this cancellation fee to your card. To ensure efficient processing of cancellations and refunds, we securely store your card details. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting our schedule and impacting other customers. In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
